How capacity-based pricing actually works.
An event that's live in Pypo at the same time as others, whether you're planning it or running it. Closed and archived events don't count, so you can run many events a year as long as no more than your plan's limit overlap at once.
Anyone currently added to one of your live events. When an event closes, its participants are released and that capacity frees up for new events.
Nothing breaks. We let you know as you approach the cap, and you can upgrade in a click or close out finished events to free up room.
Your trial includes up to 3 events and 200 participants, separate from any plan. After 14 days your selected plan starts automatically, unless you cancel first, which you can do anytime from your account.
